        Empaque y Reempaque

        Cada país de destino tiene restricciones y prohibiciones particulares según sus normas aduanales de importación y canales de transporte, te invitamos a verificar nuestra sección de DESTINOS en nuestro menú principal para ver las especificaciones de cada país.
        Tus cajas obligatoriamente deben ser “HeavyDuty” y respetar las normas de peso que pueden contener según su fabricante, también puedes utilizar contenedores plásticos de diferentes tamaños, en ambos casos nosotros podemos suministrar los insumos. Para realizar tus envíos a cualquier país de destino, debes seguir las normas de tamaño, peso y volumen de tus paquetes. Conóce nuestros Tips de Reempaque haciendo CLIC AQUÍ.
        El reempaque es un proceso que se realiza por nuestro personal en nuestras oficinas y consiste en agrupar tus productos y ordenarlos para que ocupen menos espacio, al mismo tiempo utilizar material de protección para todo lo que lo requiera y armar tu caja siguiendo ciertos tips para que llegue perfecta a tus manos.         No existe un tamaño defino, pero si existen tamaños estándares de caja y nos adaptamos a ellos. Ubica la sección CAJAS y conoce nuestros tamaños recomendados haciendo CLIC AQUÍ. Recuerda, no recomendamos el uso de cajas EXTRA LARGE.

        Rastreo

        Puedes verificar el estado de tus envíos con tu número de guía haciendo CLIC AQUÍ. O ingresando a nuestro sistema desde el correo de salida de carga enviado a tu correo electrónico.
        Es el numero único y confidencial que genera nuestro sistema e identifica el/los paquetes que sean enviados. Puedes encontralo en el correo de salida de carga enviado a tu correo electrónico.
        Esto se debe a que el paquete actualiza su estado en cada “punto de chequeo” el cual emite una alerta y automáticamente se carga en nuestro sistema de rastreo, mientras tus envíos estén en “transito” no tendrán cambio el estatus.
        En cada “punto de chequeo” se emite una alerta la cual envía automáticamente un correo electrónico para notificarte en qué etapa esta tu envío hasta que llega al almacén de la ciudad de destino.
        Las fechas de entrega son diferentes para cada país de destino. Nos comunicaremos contigo para coordinar el despacho de tu carga.
        Contamos con una amplia red de gestión de carga para cada país de destino, esta se encarga de tramitar internamente cada proceso y “punto de chequeo” de tus envíos, para información adicional precisa y actualizada rastrea tu envío haciendo CLIC AQUÍ.
        Nuestro trato es personalizado para cada cliente, si existe algún retraso con tus envíos será notificado vía correo electrónico o contacto telefónico directo desde nuestra oficina principal.

        Conoce nuestro Calendario de Salidas y Pickup haciendo CLIC AQUÍ. Actualmente tenemos servicio de pickup en Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth, Orlando, San Antonio, Midland, Odessa, Louisiana, Austin, Oklahoma y Tulsa y en todas las zonas circundantes a estas locaciones.
        El servicio de pickup tiene un costo adicional que dependen de tu localidad y esta descrito en la planilla de envíos. Recuerda que debes agendarlo con 24 a 48 horas de anticipación.
        No importa el tamaño de tu envío, siempre nos adaptamos a tus requerimientos.
        Es una tarjeta de fidelidad que acumula puntos con tus envíos y te premia con el envío de una caja small completamente gratis.*Ciertas condiciones aplican

        Casillero

        Para solicitar tu Casillero HAZ CLIC AQUÍ y llena la planilla con los datos requeridos. Una vez enviada tu solicitud, estaremos dándole respuesta a la brevedad posible vía correo electrónico.
        La solicitud de apertura del casillero es totalmente gratuita (NO APLICABLE PARA PROMOCIONES). Tenga siempre presente que luego de recibir su primer paquete en nuestras oficinas, el usuario tiene un lapso de 1 mes para darle salida a su envío. Al cumplirse este 1er lapso de tiempo, deberá pagar $2 USD por cada día transcurrido hasta los 30 días consecutivos por servicio de bodegaje. Posterior a este tiempo su carga pasará a un estatus de "ABANDONO DE CARGA".
        Inmediatamente hayas realizado la solicitud de tu casillero, podrás realizar cómodamente todas tus compras en internet completando tus datos con tu numero de cliente y dirección de casillero.
        Es de suma importancia que las compras que realices a través de cualquier proveedor o tienda online sean enviadas a nuestra dirección en Estados Unidos, no olvides colocar tu Numero de Cuenta al momento de comprar para poder identificar tu compra de forma apropiada.         El costo del servicio de personal shopper se calcula según tus requerimientos.
        Al igual que para el uso de tu casillero puedes comprar en todas las tiendas en USA que desees, sin límite de tiendas.

        Almacenamiento y Bodegaje

        Tenga siempre presente que posterior a la llegada de su carga a destino, el cliente tiene 15 días para el retiro de su carga en nuestras oficinas. Al cumplirse este lapso de tiempo (15 días) el cliente deberá realizar el pago de $2 USD por cada día transcurrido hasta los 30 días consecutivos; posterior a este tiempo adicional (30 días) su carga pasará a un estatus de "ABANDONO DE CARGA".
        En nuestro CONTRATO, DISPOSICIONES Y CONDICIONES PARA EL USO DE NUESTROS SERVICIOS manejamos el término "ABANDONO DE CARGA" como: acción y efecto de abandonar, desistir o dejar paquetes propiedad del CLIENTE que, por razones voluntarias, de orden personal, financiero, legal o jurídico y comercial, se renuncia a favor de Zucarga Express LLC los derechos sobre la propiedad de las mercancías objeto de abandono.
